Bio

Lyudmil Daskalov is VP Operations at ZAGENO, an enterprise marketplace for life-science procurement, where he built the operations function to more than 120 people across three continents. Before that he led sales and operations at AUTO1 FinTech, ran customer success and technical support at Aurea Software, and led customer operations for Foodora and Foodpanda in 19 countries at Delivery Hero through its 2017 IPO. He builds analytics himself and, on his own projects, AI agents. He is based in Berlin.
